                               RESOLUTION NO. 20892
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
                  CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RELATIVE TO
                  ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES TO
                  CONTRACT 134B-1, 23RD STREET PUMP STATION
                  UPGRADE, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF NINE THOUSAND,
                  SIX HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($9,620.00) FOR A
                  TOTAL PROPOSED COST NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED
                  FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE
                  DOLLARS ($155,645.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc. relative to additional construction phase
       services to Contract 134B-1, 23rd Street Pump Station Upgrade, 
for
       a consideration of $9,620.00 for a total proposed cost not to
       exceed $155,645.00.
